I'm looking for some samples for my Korg Trinity V3 Pro-X. Mainly more piano sounds. Anybody know where I could get some?

Hi!

If you want samples, than you must have the optional PBS-Tri board installed into your silver beast. You can find samples on www.korg.it
If you want PGCs, which uses the internal Trinity ROM, than you can visit the download section of this website, you will find tons of great sounds.

If you have the PBS-TRI (PlayBack Sampler) expansion for your Trinity, the PCM sets can usually be uploaded via floppy disks (Korg's full PCM sets contain usually 6 or 7 floppies worth of data, up to the 8mb limit of the PBS-TRI's flash ROM).

Korg's raw PCM samples are shown as "KSF" files (Korg Sample Format), while multisample data is "KMP". To load a full set of multisamples the main script to upload all of them is "KSC".

So basically to upload all the samples, you'd browse the first floppy disk and locate the KSC file and select to load it. It would then automatically upload all the multisample data (KMP) and samples (KSF) from the set until complete, with sequential swapping of the floppy disks if/when required.
