Problems with Logic and TS

Okay, I don't know what happenend. I'm trying to run a minimal setup right now
Logic Express (OS X 10.3.9) + MIDIMAN 4x4 + Triton.
When everything used to work okay until recently. Now, I can get MIDI in to Logic but I'm trying to dump multitrack MIDI sequences from the TS into logic and I can't get it to do that. It responds to notes from the keyboard but not from when I start the sequencer. Any ideas on what may be wrong?
