Slow Screen update when KARMA playing in Combi

Anyone else notice the screen display getting very sluggish (when you switch pages) when Karma is playing in a Combi.

It's almost as slow as the Trinity is when playing in Sequencer mode.

note: This is not a complaint.

Interesting, since that was caused only by CPU cycles been eating up. I guess Karma v2 pushes M3 on a bit.

Yes, that's true. That's also true when playing a sequence containing lots of notes and polyphony. The CPU can only do so much at a time, and the musical events are given priority over screen updating, so that the timing of the music remains as perfect as possible. So yes, when the unit is doing lots of MIDI and sound generation, the screen refreshing will slow down. It's not just KARMA. But KARMA certainly does contribute to eating up CPU cycles. :)
