Is it worth to upgrade from Cubase SX3 to Cubase4 ?

I mostly do MIDI, and i heard it got some good vsts with it...

What about that VST3? will my current VST plugins work in Cubase 4? what about DX?

Check out http://www.reaper.fm/ I think it will cover most of your needs for $50., it's a great program, download and check it out, it's only 3meg.
