Cool...!!!!!
Please do let us know what you think of it.

I will have to wait until tonight to buy it. I'm stuck in work now with Credit Card in hand, but apparently I need my Public ID.

Shame this is not stored at kroguser.net. Ho well.... means I just have to download it at home tonight I guess.

Regards.

Well, it sounds amazing! (Download and installation was painless.) Very very good programming, the combis are a joy, and the overall sound quality of the samples are first class.

I'm still fascinated by the fact that my Oasys has grown so much in the few months that I've owned it. There isn't a day when I don't praise the fact that it's by far the best buy of my music life. (My wife is getting used to sudden bursts of shouting: This thing is amazing!!!)

Hi Mike.

CDs ?
I thought after buying it from Korguser.net we could just download it ?.

Didin't know it was a CD only item. Not that it matters too much, just means I have to wait a little longer for the CD.
Regards.

Hi Sharp

Its a 2 Cd rom set that we have been given to ship. It installs all the samples and gives you a demo version with the sound fade etc. It's a large amount of data to download so it has been put on 2 CD's it's a sample set so it's not code but actual sample data so it's quite large.

Purchase options are available from the usual place on korguser.net.

You shoud have an email informing you.

Have you downloaded it (over here) yet, Mike?

Yes, it was 732 megs and I bought the license. However, I can't "Play". By doing something unrelated to this new EXs, I need to reathorize my OASYS. It won't let me boot. Have you done that? I'm browsing korguser.net, but I guess I need to get a specific file from Korg support.

No, I haven't downloaded it yet. Been busy with other matters. I'll be interested in knowing what is necessary.

From korguser.net, you download the EXs 3 file. Like I said, it's 732 megs. You unzip it and it will split into 2 files (disc #1 and disc #2). I used Easy Media Creator and chose the "Burn Disc Image" option. Put a CD in and burn the first file. Repeat for the second.

(I know you realize how to do most of this, but it may help someone else.)

My reauthorization screen came about from something else I was doing. I was hoping that the EXs 3 discs would clear it up. Everything loaded in, but that screen came back and I couldn't boot. A few more minutes and I can bug the Korg New York office.

Thanks Mike.

I'm at work at the moment, and I don't have access to my IA / KF email here. So I wasn't too sure.

That said, I see Mike Conway has just downloaded it from Korguser, so if it saves you some work, there's no need to send me out the CD's then. I'll just buy & download it. No need to wait for the demo version. Those MP3's did the trick for me. :verycool:

Thanks a million. Really looking forward to this one.

Sharp.

Hi uktechsupport -

Thanks for the post. Also - it's reassuring to hear there's a lot us out here. An indication of healthy enough OASYS sales!

Cheers,
Kevin.
