Is there a program out there that can store your personal pcg, ksc, files and allow you to modify them.

There is also one probably in the downloads section here called PGCTool and one other that hasn't been updated in like 3 yrs (forget the name of it). I did buy the Triton Editor Pro. I loaded it up but haven't used it yet.
