MIDI keybord to Interface to Logic 8

Hi

I am trying to connect a MicroKorg keyboard to a Konnekt 8 audio interface. I want to use the MicroKorg as a midi controller in Logic Studio 8. I’ve connected the Microkorg to my Konnekt 8 using two midi cables. Cable one going from IN to OUT, and cable two going from OUT to IN. I know that Logic automatically detects new connected midi devices when plugged in and that they become visible in the “physical input” object in the environment window. The Konnekt 8 has no problems passing in regular audio.

I am not sure whether or not the audio interface is receiving any midi input. Does anyone have a clue about what’s wrong or knows of any way to troubleshoot this?
