It didnt come with any software..

I'm from Canada so the redemption form won't work because its for the US only.

Help, how do I get the software?

Another alternative would be to talk to the retail store where you purchased it.

Given the Korg Canada website product information for the padKONTROL simply links to the corresponding Korg USA webpage, I would assume you should get the same software. Also, make sure you request the "Creative Kontrol Pack Volume 3"

I would suggest CALLING Korg Canada to see if you can get Volume 3 instead of Volume 2

My werial number is in the upper right hand corner of a silver sticker this is on the botttom of the PadKontrol.
