My beautful MS2000s' buttons are locking up :( please help!

hey guys, i have a ms2000 with vocoder mic. I've treated this thing so well but for some reason the cursor left right and yes no buttons under the display are locking up. they still work when pushed, they just dont click. Its like they're stuck, its driving me nuts!! The keyboard was bought brand new by me and is about 3 years old now I guess. Thanks guys

sounds like maybe the contact pad has shifted out of place (shouldn't happen tho, i have a rack mounted version and you'd think that'd be more prone to it if it were a issue)? have you moved the synth recently? you don't hear the audible 'click' when its pressed?

i did move it recently, i take it with me sometimes on small trips. when im visiting friends or family in the country. i guess thats what must of done it, i gotta open it somehow and fix it yeah?
