4 songs made with only TR

Post by stumppi »

Hello. here are my songs... They are quite bad but I tried my best :) they are in Finnish site where you can put your songs:

I think that My recent recording Theme of February is my best so far. So tell me what you think of them because I haven't received any comments in that site :(

Oh,
Kuuntele = listen
download = download

double oh,
Sorry for my bad English skill(always the same yelling I know, but had to say)

I like 'Victor's life Before & After death'... it's a beautiful song!

Which piano sound are you using? The standard one?

Thanks for comment!
It is, if I remember correctly, Stereopiano m/f with all default settings :)

Very nicely done songs. "Victor's life...." is the one I like best too.

Did you just record on the TR sequencer with no other outside effects?

All recordings are done inside TR. That's because this is my first workstation and I am pretty moron with it. Then I record it to audacity(which is a free recording program). Couple effects(distort and fax-beeb) are audio files which I found on the internet.
Yeah, "Victor's .." Is my first recording that I actually played again when I made a mistake :D

Did you record it to Audacity as a midi file or an audio file with cables?

I'm not that familiar with Audacity.

With audio cables. Audacity is good for a free software but It doesn't record with exact timing, so you need to play with tracks sometimes.

Thanks for that info.

I'm going to give it a try since it doesn't seem to involve a lot of technical stuff.
