Installed all the correct drivers for the microKONTROL? download the latest from the KORG website.
Turn on the microKONTROL before opening up FL Studio. In FL Studio, what you'll then need to do is open up the MIDI settings, and one of the pull down menus you can select the microKONTROL as the MIDI device.
I think there might be an option to select which 'port' you use. Make sure it corresponds with the port that had the controllers that you want on it (eg if you have the keyboard going through port A, select port A, but if you want to control the playlist patterns with the buttons, and you pads are going through port B, select port B).
This is off the top of my head. Any further problems, let us know!
