missing notes whilst playing MICRO X

Problem being missing notes whilst playing MICRO X .Every 4th semitone on the keyboard, notes go silent when playing legato style.
- tried resetting unit to factory defaults-tried all patches and outputs-tried turning portemento off - read through manual extensively still problem remains.
Anyone have the same problem and a way to fix this ?

I've not noticed this at all. Have you tried it via MIDI? i.e. Try to play the microX from an external sequencer or another MIDI keyboard.
