Well, if your Radias is connected to the computer via USB (it has to be to load the new programs into the Radias), you can just open the editor, create a new empty .rdl file (with only empty programs in it) and then in the MIDI menu select "Receive all programs".
Just be sure to check twice that you have really selected to RECEIVE the programs so that the programs in the Radias overwrite those in the editor instead of the editor's empty programs overwrite those in your Radias (i did that mistake once and only realized it and pulled the USB plug out after 8 programs had been erased).
Then the .rdl file should contain all your programs, and you can save it on your computer as a backup so that all your programs are safe.
Also, when you load the .rdl file you downloaded, you don't have to upload all the sounds to the Radias. Select a program on the Radias which you don't want to keep, click on a program in the editor, and that particular program's settings are uploaded to the Radias. You can hear what the program sounds like, and choose whether you want to keep it (press Save/Yes on the Radias to save it to the program location you selected), or listen to the next program in the .rdl file by clicking on it. That way, you can choose exactly which programs to keep and which to discard, and also choose where you want to save them.
When you're done and have saved the programs you want on the Radias, you can do another "Receive all programs" and save the .rdl file under a new name to have a backup of your new combined sound set.
Hope this helps.
