pad Kontrol and cubase transposing

Hello!

I have a quick question. Does anyone know how to assign one of the knobs on pad Kontrol to control transposing in cubase? I saw a video on you tube where the guy did it with pad kontrol and Live.

I hope some padKontrol genius out there can help me do the same thing on cubase.
