NEW OS 1.2 Cause USB dongles Error ?

Hello,
I updated M3 to OS1.2 and I notice a strangle problem:
Every time I open Logic, The VSL license keep popping error messages [VSL using Syncrosoft dongle]
If I turn of M3 and Lauch Logic with VSL, everything is fine [then Turn on M3 later]
I tried everything, re-install softwares, Update Syncrosoft etc...
Anyone else having this problem? and any suggestion?
