Well, to state the obvious, I really liked the radio stations in GTA 3, the one that was stuff from the 80's. There were so many good songs there.

I like the Rainbow Six series music by Bill Brown

Ofcourse pointing to the old "RavenShield" section. Played that game for over 4 years

Familiar music to me so to speak...

Going by Amiga and C64, I take it that Timo was referring to the Commodore 64 (C64).
That was a long time ago.

Rainbow 6 Rogue Spear
Swat 4
Homeworld 1
Red Alert Series
X3 is good also
Seawolf
Thief 3
But for me - top prize goes to Hidden and Dangerous I
There is no info I can find on who did the music for H&D I
However H&DII was a written score recorded by a full symphony orchestra - all the musicians are listed on the credits at the end by orchestral section eg:
1st violins - about 8 violinists
2nd violins - about 8 violinists
3rd violas - about 6 violanists
4th contra bass - about 5
5th trumpets - about 4
etc.
A Full symphony orchestra!
H&DI however still remains my favorite score - and it sounds to me now like it may have also been recorded by an orchestra.
Deus Ex Series had a nice thematic developement in it.
Battlezone 1 good also.
Peace
Ausser.

Hidden & Dangerous was really good. Loved the sniper rifle! Must be many years ago I played it now, but the atmospheric music and SFX was excellent. Might have to forage it out again, but I bet the graphics may look a bit dated now!

Not a console as such... Sorry to get your hopes up. It was on the Commodore 64, back in the mid 80's.

Timo - Dude!!!!!
My favourite missions have to be - Escape from Penemunde - (Thought it was Paray Le Monial - for a moment...lol)
And the Archives mission - then there was the Destroyer mission and the cut scene up to that! - then the artic facility missions...man!
I think that game ran on a 8MB card when first released....must check the box...
yes - from experience - the graphs do look abit football fieldy - but - if you haven't played it in a while - try running the whole unit past the beach in Penemunde - up the left-hand-side by the river and pull the halftrack in at the back of the barracks area...
If your lucky - lol - you'll get all 4 men intact and ready to deal with any tanks or ilk that might annoy you.
Having said that, if you enjoyed H&D I
You will certainly enjoy H&DII - I just finished playing it recently - curteosy GAME - @£9.99
Nobody on the servers though - that I can find..
And the characters have changed.
Peace
Ausser.
