Which numbers are the serial numbers for the R3 rebate?
Hi,
I can't tell which of the many numbers on the box or under the R3 unit is the serial number I need for the $200 rebate. Please tell me which one it is and how many numbers it is. The rebate form is 9 boxes long and no number is 9 characters long. Thanks.

It is not a good thing to disclose SN's on gear...
I have heard warnings of giving out "serials" on forums before...later being used for the purpose of fraudulent sellers on Ebay....

Hi. I understand that. I'm not asking for actual numbers.slammah2012 wrote:It is not a good thing to disclose SN's on gear...

It's just that there are three different sets of numbers. And I can't tell which set is the set that corresponds to the serial number. On the back of the R3 unit there are three sets of numbers. Top, middle and bottom.
Which set is the set to use for the rebate (the serial number)?. I don't want or need the actual numbers. I just need to know which set of numbers I'm supposed to use for the rebate.
Has anybody sent in the rebate form? I need some help please, before the rebate expires. I've already emailed korg and have not gotten a response yet. I don't need to know the particular numbers. I just need to know which set of numbers to use for the rebate. On the bottom of the R3 unit there is a top row of numbers, a middle row, and a bottom row. Which one is the one i need for the rebate? Top, middle or bottom set? Thanks. ...

Thanks, but I tried that too. I got it from zzounds and they did not know which set to use. They said it varies from manufacturer to manufacturer and to try Korg themselves. Korg hasn't answered my email yet.musikmachine wrote:Wish i could tell you.Have you tried contacting who you bought it from?

It seems simple enough except that I want to make sure I enter the correct numbers so that I don't get screwed out of $200.
