Hey guys,
I'm not sure whether or not you gents know anything about computer software programs, such as Cakewalk, Logic, Fruityloops..to name a few.. but I've been hearing good things about Logic Pro. I want to run a live setup with a macbook to run samples off of...maybe even run midi sounds.
If you guys know much about this, since I do not, could you help me out and steer me in the right direction?
Thanks

Ableton Live 7 with a hardware compressor.
A tip if you want to buy it, buy yourself a midi controller, like a trigger finger... some m-audio midi keyboards/controllers come with it to. You're looking for one that will come with any version of Ableton Live LE. Once you got LE, you can upgrade to Ableton Live 7 full version for a LOT cheaper.

well what I was saying, is that when you buy a midi controller, a lot of times they come bundled with ableton live lite... which you can use to save a heap of money when you decide to buy it..
as a midi controller.... yes it's just fine
