I spotted Crystal Castles using an MS2000 to make some 8-bit/Retro kinda sounds. Trying to think of more, but can't right now..

Nick Rhodes of DURAN DURAN . . . I saw the band live back in May and he has one sitting front and center above his ROLAND V-Synth GT and ALESIS Andromeda, which tells you how well little mic-ey can hold his own!

:)

Daniel, Helen, Mira, and Reuben of LADYTRON each use an MS2000B and Mira sometimes adds a microKORG, too. I saw the band live back in June and they were a SYNTH-sational KORG fest!

I saw a video somewhere where Wheatus had an MK on top of his rig.

Pure Reason Revolution use an MS2K amongst other things.

suprisingly I can't really think of anyone else using them. I've seen a lot of small/local acts using them.

The CD booklet of Weezer's "Make Believe" album shows a picture of what seems to be their studio or rehearsal room and there's an MS2000 in there.

Wakeman had the MS2000 rack in his setup when Keyboard interviewed him some time ago.
