Korg M1, key won't sound.

i've got an M1 all taken apart in pieces in my living room. There's a C note that won't sound. I've taken the key bed apart and the circuit strip that's attached to the key bed and look at it from underneath. I see nothing wrong with the mechanical working of the metal contact strips, no scratches on the circuitry or anything. The only thing that might be an issue is the little resistor that goes with that key. I measured it with a multimeter and it's resistance reads JUST a little bit more than the rest do. It reads about 1.07 Mohms as opposed to an average of .998 or something like that. I don't think that enough of a variance to say that something's wrong with the resistor. Does anybody know of what could possibly be causing this?! Am I looking in the wrong place? i've air sprayed all around the keyboard. Everything looks clean. I don't know what could be wrong with it.
