Hi Friends,

Short softer organ...like for a prelude in a church or in a program on pipe organ.

It is from several themes used in different ways except the main one, from the last several OSAM months that I did......and the melody sections get a bit lost at times...I have decided...will work on that

Around 1:30 the chords take an intersting turn. Like the solo melody portion. This has some very nice themes and harmonies. Sometimes I'm not sure where it's going, but it always resolves in a nice way. I really appreciate your taking these months deadlines seriously and giving us some part of you every month. It's really a pleasure to have you in our osam group and I look forward every month to your next posting. Not having KF for a week or so was certainly sobering and I appreciate our group even more now.

I am thoroughly enjoying your organ work elll. The beginning offers a nice processional/introduction. Then you offer a few nice chord changes before the refrain.

There was a moment or two that almost clashed towards the end, but it worked out quite well.

The ONLY thing I could think of to take this up...if you had a real organ and could physically play with the stops as you moved through the parts. But your playing allowed me to imagine that dynamic change without it even being there. Nice!

Thanks for such kind words...I realize I am a bit foreign to the overall intent of the OSAM, but it has indeed been good for me, as it has for others more interested in popular genres.

OSAM has resulted in my scoring a few things and in having a rather nice String Quartet played in concert, (...albeit by students)....

As for this item today, it is thought of by me as two manuals and 32 note pedal, so the result may be close. I will have to score it completely to determine how it must unfold...and then I could go to a church locally and play it normally...I am unlikely to pay the money for another organ in my lifetime...so Churches are the best venue for me to use....If they let me in

It is really good to hear these beautiful organ sounds - I recognized some of the themes from your other osam songs and enjoyed the little runs at the end.

You are getting me really interested in listening to more organ music - something I haven't done much of for a long time. It is an instrument I have always loved and admired.

I would love to play it on my big church's organ (as I arrive at home I post a picture of it, taken two weeks ago while I was playing to a marriage)!

Cool - I love pipes. My favorite part was the run near the end - don't ask me why.

OSAM is about everyones music - regardless of genre - just think how less interesting it would be here is we all made tunes in the same genre?

Yea - loosing KF at the end of the month was a major bummer!

There are lovely chord changes through this John, I'm now totally relaxed!
Really liked the short break at around 2 minutes separating the parts.
I can easily imagine being in a church listening to this being played.

It's the diversity of the music that makes osam special too.
Anything is possible is osam - it's up to you!
