NX5R Initial Programs

Hello,
I dug up my NX5R again recently and I'm looking to get into programming it a bit...but what I'd like to know (as I can't find where to do this and I don't have the manual here with me at the present time) is how to initialize the programs...that is, not reset the factory settings, but just make programs blank. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!
