GET SERIUSLY NOW KORG

hi guys , i heave a deffect KEY on my PA2X, Fabriq Defect , and gues what, They cahnge it, but it takes up to 3 month!
So , for me live musician, its a Nightmare, Couse i play , and liv on music, so i think this is Stupid, WHY?

Korg check you dealers in some countries the are doing a lousy job,both in the sales and repair department.

Here's a little story from real life.(I'm have been a pro musician for 25 years, I make allmost all my income from playing the Pa2x)

For the time being!!!!
2 leds not working
I have now been waiting for more than a month for new leds to arrive.
The Danish company "Hi End" is the main Repair Center in Denmark.
They did not have leds in stock and as a matter of fact, they have no PA2x spare Parts in stock.So they ordered a total amount of 4 leds in Sweden(Main Suplier for Korg Skandinavia),but they did not have them in stock. So they ordred (only)4 leds in Japan.So the leds arrived 2 days ago.BUT none of them fit into a Pa2X.
Now I wonder what their next move will be.Will my warranty run out before I get the PA2x repaired.And by the way what is warranty worth if it takes months just to have 2 leds fixed.

This reminds me of " the Triton Studio video tutorial nightmare" that i had around 3 years ago.
Somehow i found out that Korg has produced 2 video tutorials (beginner, and master series i believe), so i purchased them from KorgUSA. They didn't have the DVD version, so I settled for VHS tapes. So far so good. I put the first tape in the player, it plays for 5 minutes, and then it gets stuck. Luckily there's two more VHS players in the house, so i take out the 2nd VHS "master series" and in little bit same thing happens!!! So i unscrew the players...so happens that they get stuck in any machine i could find in town. Few phone calls later, i hear from unhappy customers that Korg has used "the cheapest VHS tapes made in hell" to record these tutorials, and you have to be very creative to get them to work. Like you have to open them, and cut the tapes, and transfer them to a "standard" VHS tape , so reel can actually do what they're suppose to do....I don't have time for that, so while on a on a family trip , I pay this dude $40 to convert them to DVD for me (the original cost was $30 plus ...) he said he's got powerful machines, and he can do this. Any ways, i get these DVDs, and when i'm back in my room, i see that i have picture, but no sound !!!! I call him and he says he can't refund me, but he will give me a fresh copy if i mail him the VHS tapes....so that's when I stopped persuing that route. I wrote an e-mail to korg and another one and another one...and to this day, no one ever got back to me! I still don't know what was inside those tutorial tapes. ha ha ha.....I looked on E-bay one day, and i saw another tutorial for triton made by an independent music store that had nothing to do with korg...they sent me 2 DVDs of their own Unofficial DVd tutorials. Very clean professional packeging, and i could use them right away!

I would say it took me about 3 months to come to this conclusion that i should let go of those VHS tapes. I remember it took so long that i was able to watch my Cat get pregnant and give birth to babies in that period, and i still had't been able to see the tapes. The main thing is that i survived it.

If this brought tears to your eyes, cry on my shoulder, but if it brought a smile, have a laugh!

Call EM Nordic back, tell them this is BS...
Then if they do not take care of the poor srvice approach by High End Musikservice ...contact Korg directly.

This is crazy as High End Musikservice would get paid by Korg..so they are turning down business!
I wander if the owner of High End Musikservice knows this is happening.

One thing I can tell you from all my experience...do not be afraid to ask for the general manager or owner of a company that is not taking care of you.

HI GUYS, From scandinavia, I, live in MALMOE, nearly Denmark, (I LOVE DENMARK) Anyway, KORG is forgetting the point here, just look what heapens whit the industry, They forget the customers, And We IDIOTS, (SORY FOR THAT) just keep buying This!
So the problems are, We love music, so if we got a better Unit whit 128 MB ram, which, we not use, We just wanna own it!
WHY?
And of course, we dont claim, we dont argument , we heave no need for telling them, Thanx to this site we can feel free to discust.

I realy mean it, whit out this Site, the KORG is not a big deal,
Englun Music Scandinavia, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, Comooon , They are bunch of SWEDISH gusy thats eats Swedish meatballs, and plays ABBA!
I called them about the PA 80, for long time ago and asked for Flash Card, And they asked me WHAT THAT WAS!
The absolutley best dealer for KORG is KORG TURKEY!
Great People, And Superb service, And yes they maked 40% of the PA series, Sounds styles and more, And they are just few TURK,s whit Baklava and Kebab,s But in making difference, THEY ARE GREAT!

So KORG, YOU CAN SAY THAK YOU TURKEY, For helping us to the best KB market , M east, Thank you, for making PA 50 TURKISH, Thanx for the 32 MB Flash For PA 80, Thank you for , PA500, And thanx for EXB, sfor PA1X, And USB,s for PA2X.

The swedish dealer is realy BAD, couse you call them, you wait in the line, after 30 min you got nothing, couse they dont now nothing!
