TRANSPOSING A SINGLE TRACK

Hi all.
I need a little advice please..
I want to transpose only a single track of a midi song so I can play the melody line in a different key.How do I set this up?I TRIED A FEW THINGS BUT IT TRANSPOSES THE EVERY TRACK

Hi pauli,

load midi in sequencer - then you can transpose each track as single or midi all tracks.

if i understand you right the song is in a wrong key and you want to play in another one.

then transpose the complete midi in the right key and you´re able to play normally with it.
