help me ( "global"the button does not work.)

hello to everyone .. someone can help. the button does not work "GLOBAL ".oppresses and I could not make it work. .....( the LED lightsdoes not work. ( question )...¿ as I can get the shortcut to the global menu? .. I have to connect (on pedal assign / damper) .. and I can not get to the menu of global ... .. I repeat button does not work overall is as stuck ....otherwise you see those buttons that bad. accompany me in my work with the singers pa1x tothe real-time live music .... and it is very difficult problem in working with both buttons very bad . 
.. and now I can not take it to the service technician for being days of much work at parties and also would have to go until the pa1x a faraway city and handed me the pa1x until January or February ¡¡¡.........best regards (thanks soo much)..
