i want to know how to just make beats in the easiest way possible from this machine. i want to avoid any of those dern preset songs as much as possible.
i have some wavs i've loaded into the machine, by way of smartmedia, but i want to know where i grab them to assign them to a pad and then know how to take my sequences and map them out into a song...
ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!

hi. first, read the manual. it contains all you need to know, and it will take you shorter time than to wait for answers here. if you already have read the manual, and still need help, let us know and I'll try to help out
(but seriously, all you need to know is in the manual)

did you use the editing software to put the wavs on your card or did you just drag and drop them?
you should make a backup of everything on your esx right now and save that to your computer so you can edit or delete whatever you want off the machine to free up space for your own sounds...
there is a lot of info in the manual
but there is also A LOT that you figure out with the sample editor..
