How to make a new Vocal File ?

Hi,
Is there any application to edit or add new voclas to PA_800 ?

Do you mean "Vocal" sounds?
If so Sharp has some excellent samples (ref Vocal Assault)

Any audio editor can edit an audio track! Then you can import those into PA800 as long as you're aware of the supported formats. What kind of vocals are you referring to anyways?
