I believe there are recipes for all of those in Welsh's Synthesizer Cookbook. I've been going through and trying to create the recipes from that book. They don't all work due to certain things that I don't believe the R3 can do like turning off keyboard tracking for pitch for an oscillator (for things like bagpipes, hurdy-gurdy, etc.) If/when I get through them all, I'd be willing to post them, but they're not ready now.

You can't turn off key tracking for an oscillator, but you can cancel it out if you set a modulation from keytracking to oscillator pitch set to -1.00

well, technically the modulation intensity should be -48

Awesome, I just tested it out. Works like a charm (as it should have.) Thanks for the tip.

Hi,
This time i programmed a flute like sound on R3.
It was a quick and simple one, so you might add some more
controls to it (i.e.Knobs etc.). It´s called:
"Flute-TR" and
can befound here:

Enjoy playing!

I just finished my first pass through the 100 or so patches in Welsh's Synthesizer Cookbook this weekend. I need to go back through them and tighten some of the values up a bit, but hopefully I'll have a bank to share soon.

I am looking forward to it as i have programmed some of the patches myself, and it will be good to see how similar or different they are to mine.

I've submitted my patches to be added to the download section. Anyone have any idea how long they take to get added?

If you email the patches to me with a description, I will happily bypass the normal system and make them available from our server ASAP, as I have done for folks like Dirk and X-Trade. The download section is Sharp's baby, and he is working on new upload mechanism that will be much smoother.
I'll PM you my email address.
Daz.
