last night at my gig my nanopad just stoped working i plugged it and unplugged it and now its saying "usb device has malfunctioned" i tried reistalling the driver but that diesnt work. when i plug in the usb the computer recognizes it for a couple seconds then the light on the nanopad goes out and the comp doesnt recognize it anymore
i just bought it acouple weeks ago but cant find the receipt. how do i go about getting it replaced or fixed underwarranty?
