When i bought nano kontrol, in the instructions it said i should download it for free from korg.com. However the only place i found it available on that site(in the fAQ section, had a broken link, does anyone has a working link, where i can download the Korg Kontrol Edito/librarian software for mac?

Maybe look at the Korg UK website instead. Here's their nano page and you can download the software from there :

This link on the Korg USA site seems fine too :
