I just bought one but it only holds the note when Im not pressing down the keys, i tried switching on the device, but same thing happens. Help.. thanks

Its like backwards... when i hit the pedal the notes stop... im confused

Go to GLOBAL mode and reverse the Polarity setting for the Damper pedal.
