Problem on demosongs sample

Hi to all
I bought the triton studio 61 almost 5 years ago, and i unfortunately, i never touched.

I move from Italy to australia and i decide to send to me this time the keyboard.

So i tested and everything works fine except...when i load the demosong all the samples loaded into the korg play very bad, they click and crack like when a CD is dirty.

what it can be?

Sounds like the RAM chip needs to be removed and put back in again securely.

When you put it back in give it a little wiggle to make sure it's sitting down into the slot good and well.

infact i realize that when i look the splash screen and they doesn't appear into the list of the device...

I take all out and put it bak one by one and now everything is perfect
