newby need help with kontrol 49 please

hi folks ian or brashy here joined this forum to get some help setting up the kontrol 49 ,i would have thought there might be a video tutorial for it but sadly not havin tried hard to find one.
quite new to this production stuff so still learning,if any body can tell me why im getting open editor not enough memory error when im trying to set up a scene in the editor i would be greatful.also nothings happening when i double click the parameters.
