key problem on r3

i just recieved my r3 today so excited, so as i unpacked the keyboard and thumb through the keys, not to mention this is my first synth, so on the last key E, when i press it it makes a double clicking sound and i can feel the click, unlike the other keys which are smooth. so i am wondering if this is a damaged key or is it meant to be that way just because i am a noob and don't know much, crap, i dont wanna go through the hassle of returning it online.

Sorry to hear that. All keys should feel and play equally. I'd call the supplier and tell them ASAP if you think there's a problem. There is no reason for one key to behave differently from any of the others.
