SysEx question for the triton le

I just spent most of the day trying to figure out the SysEx codes for changing the FX output bus select for each channel using cakewalk sonar.

I still cant get it to work so I wondered if there is anyone here who might be able to let me know?
I suspect it is very easy but the documentation is non existant.

Also does anyone have a good reference document, one that actually lists the entire message including check sum for next time?

You can record syx messages in real time.

First, go to Global 2.1 page and check Exclusive box to make sure TR sends and receives exclusive messages.

Then return to Combi or Seq mode and go to Menu > IFX > Open. Put Sonar in Rec mode and start to adjust parameters on the TR using dial or +/- buttons. All syx messages will be recorded on midi track. Now play that track and you will see parameters changing in TR.
