Nano Kontrol with Vista 64 Bit midi erratic communication

I downloaded the USB driver, and installed using the installer tool. ALso intalled the software for PC.

The options that show in midi device are Nanokontrol slider knob in
Nano kontrol CTRL 1 out

issues:

Only the first fader responds in my mixer in Cubase 5

If I try to communicate back and forth the kontroller then becomes non responsive and I get

Time out message
No Kontroller found message

Then, none of the faders respond.

If I reboot, then the Kontroler seems to only control one fader and the others are non responsive.

Or , after rebooting, nothing works at all.

Is there a driver update coming to fix this, or please advise??
