Librarian Editor software for TR61

Hello

is there any software that allows me to edit and store voices`my TR61 on my Mac?

yes, there is LeLibby, I've tried it but havn't used it extensively. It supports the LE and The TR (they are identical anyway except for the TR's expanded wave ROM).

Hi

Can this software be used on a Windows PC..?...eg. edting PCG and COMBI and samples on the PC. and then preparing these for dumpning into the LE...etc

LeLibby is Java-based, so it will run on Windows. It's mainly a librarian (I *think* it has some basic editing capabilities, but I haven't tried them). TREditPro isn't free, but it's a much better editor (and, I'd argue, a worse librarian). As far as I know, it's Windows-only.

Does this software - TREditPro- allow you to arrange samples into pcg as well?

Samples can't be put in a PCG. PCG stands for Programs, Combis, and Global Settings.

AWave Studio is a program that deals with all kinds of audio file formats, including those used by Korg keyboards. There are a few threads about it in the sampling section.

So can you use TREditPro with the TR61 ?
And do you know how much it is ?

PC editing software - a smart one

I have great PCG from multiple sets, and I would like to pick the best and put into one set....that means various KSC,KMP etc etc files

Easiest is via the PC....that's the software I need.
