...looking arround on net I've find M1 bank for Trinity.
So, I have tri pbs option and this shouls work?!
Files are 6,5 Mb large and tri pbs is 8 Mb.
Does this means that I could have real 1 in my Trinity?

Yes.

I believe the waveform data is from the original M1. The only differences between the M1 and the Trinity would likely be in the filters or similar. Korg stuff has a tendency to sound quite transparent, including the filters, so it should at the least sound very alike to the M1.

I'll add that the M1 piano and organ samples are great.

Hi all,thought I'd share my experience regarding the Korg M1 Sample Disc Set. I have just loaded all the data into my newly aquired Trinity Plus( it has the Solo and PBS-Tri boards).Then I set up my old M1 synth to compare the two together.
I went through every sound in the preset programs, starting of course with "Universe",and played a short phrase,mimicking what I played on each synth. I must say, switching between the 2 synths there was virtually nothing in it, most of the sounds were identical.Its like my M1 has jumped inside my Trinity(which is great as I've just sold the M1 to finance the Trinity!)
So now I'm not only the proud owner of a Korg Trinity, but under the hood is also a Korg Prophecy and a Korg M1!How good is that.Cheers,Allister.

I wonder if some of the M1 algorithms were used in the Trinity too, such as the filters or EGs or similar.

After all, the M1 (still) remains the best selling digital synth of all time, even outselling the Yamaha DX7 and Roland D50.

Incidently, I wonder how many Trinitys were sold. Must've been quite a few. And Tritons too.

Would it be possible to get a copy of the M1 sounds now they are sorted?
