Volume decreases on pa800

Hi Guys,
I am experiencing some strange volume changes on my pa800.I can play any style and at times the volume seems to go down and then comes back to its normal sound level.This happened recently at a gig.My friend owns a pa800 as well and he reported this problem as well.
This is the first time i have experienced this problem and i have owned this keyborard for 2 years.I have the O.S. 2.0 installed since dec./08.This problem happens rarely and never once have i detected this problem from using the internal speakers.My powered speakers are two weeks new and i know they are not the problem because the vocals going through the pa system is at a constant volume as is the music from my laptop during my breaks .only the volume from my pa800 is occasionally having this problem.My cables are new as well.
Anyone else experiencing a similar problem as i am ?

Hi John,

Just a thought ...

This sort of thing can occur if you are using the unbalanced TS output from the Pa800 to connect to a balanced TRS input. Could that be the problem in your case? If so a Behringer DI-120 dual DI box will resolve the problem (converting unbalanced to balanced).
