Pitchblack needs repair.

My 10-month old Pitchblack stopped working recently. Notes aren't registering and signal passes through even when the switch is activated.

Plus, I'm, getting what looks like an error code: Every 20 seconds or so the letter B illuminates for a few seconds with or without signal. At first I thought/hoped it might be low battery warning but no luck: same problem with new batteries or power supply.

Any chance there might be a reset sequence? LOL. (I didn't think I'd be that lucky.)

I bought this new from an eBay store but it doesn't look to be an authorized dealer. Not on the list. I registered the warranty when I got the thing but ........

Any help or advice much appreciated.
