nanopad + os x not working

Post by cyrusd »

hi,

running os x 10.6.1, nanopad, nanokey and nanokontrol - they all show up in audo midi setup as connected but kontrol editor / reason / record / etc can't see the nanopad. nanokontrol and nanokey work fine.

additionally, as soon as i plug the nanopad into the computer, all four "scene" lights turn on, and stay on solid... not sure if this is a hardware or driver issue. any advice?

This sounds like this may be a hardware problem but Korg has stated on their website that they are currently looking into Snow Leopard compatibility so it may also be related to that. Try testing it on another computer if possible with Leopard or an XP or Vista setup and if it still isn't working, try contacting your local Korg distributor:

Good luck and please let us know how it turns out. :)
