Hi guys - just loaded the original KLC on my mac and when Logic 8 started everything but the Legacy cell was authenticated on the AU manager startup.

Anyone else experience this? It's the most recent version of Logic 8.

Thanks for your help.

Cheers,
Alex

no - loaded up OK on my Logic 8.

first thing to check - do you have the most up to date version of syncrosoft license centre? if you don't then it can end up authenticating part of the package but not all. it's worth a check anyway, if only to eliminate this as the problem.

i'm having the same problem with Ableton Live 5.2, i read this on one of their forums from an admin:

"Live 5.2 and later requires a VST 2.4 plug-in on Intel based Mac OS X machines as suggested by Steinberg, the creators of the VST standard."

i don't know if this is also the case for logic, but live is recognizing other plug-ins, but none of the legacy collection.
