R3 and ableton7 midi delay problem. any hep ?

the r3 is running fine, but cant seem to get the midi delay time correct. i want the r3 to hit the note at the exact time when sequencing, seems to be abit slow off the mark. iam having to record it and move the first track marker forward. any help would be much appreciated.

you have to go to options/preferences then go to the audio tab, and adjust the latency until its synced up
