trying to buy tutorial dvd [rob]

hi rob i was trying to buy the dvd fot my pa2xpro ,i live in the USA and wanted to place an order can u give instruction how can i buy these dvd and when do i have to pay for these ,and are these dvd good for pa2xpro,what keyboard did they use while tutoring
