Hello All!

I picked up my first used MIDI book a few months ago at the behest of a co-worker (MIDI for the Professional, Lehrman and Tully, 1993) and thought to myself, wow, this is a lot like TDM. Since then, I've gotten several more books related to electronic music and I picked up an R3 last week because it's compact yet has full-sized keys (I played piano as a kid).

I just signed up here last night and was up til the wee hours playing around with the sound editor and reading posts...hahahahaha...this place is a lot like any other techie forum, but I haven't seen any suggestions to "read the fine manual" yet.
