Newbie Needs Sound Advice

I am new to this forum and just bought myself a Triton Classic.
The Triton appears to have an older OS (2.1.0) and what I believe is the original sound set. I have found help on how to upgrade the OS here on the forum and will proceed once I find a PC with a disc drive (I'm a MacBook Pro user).
As for the sound set, can anyone recommend where I can get some better sounds? I like my synthesizers to sound like synthesizers (versus real instruments) and I play a wide variety of music types. I'm sure in the 10 years since this board debuted better sounds have been created.
