Just got a Lexicon Lambda, along with Cubase LE4 bundled with it, and my Korg TR.

Simply attempting to set everything up. I am getting connected and data set to and from the keyboard. Tried various configurations.

Question: way to get the voice bank recognized by Cubase easily?

The big problem: I want to have Cubase send recorded MIDI info back to my Korg TR to be played. It does this, but when I have two tracks of MIDI recordings, it either ignores one track, or plays both tracks in one voice. (Therefore only able to play one voice at a time.) I hope I am explaining this properly.

Suggestions?

What mode are you using on the TR? If you're not using sequencer or combi, you won't get multi-timbral playback.

Are the MIDI tracks recorded into Cubase on different MIDI channels? If you're recording from your TR with your TR always set to the same channel, Cubase can probably rechannelize for you; look at the MIDI effects for your MIDI tracks.

For playback, do you have multiple timbres or tracks on the TR using the same MIDI channel? If so, you'll need to change those (unless a layered effect is what you actually want).
