program select from software editor?

is there a way to select different patches for a timbre from my software sequncer?

i figured out that if you set a timbre channel to lets say 4 i can select 128 of the sounds but not the rest of the sounds in the radias. in the radias i can access all of the sounds i have in it but not from my software sequencer

i found out that if i set the bank to 4160 i can select different drum sets with programs 0-31, is there some other wierd bank select number to access these?
