Source File is not 48000Hz or 44100Hz

I have a wave file export from Cubase in 441000 Hz 32 Bit and 24 Bit format which I want to use in the Oasys. After copying it it try in vain to convert the rate of these files, but the Oasys doesn't accept it saying that the source file is not correct!
It is a file originally from a movie which I imported into Cubase. Here there are no problems, nor in playing it with Cubase, Windows Media or any DAW.
What is the reason of this problem.
Or do I have first to use another rate convert program to have an adapted wave file?
Someone had similar experiences and/ or a solution?
Thanks for help

No one?
How is it that a file that has in its proprieties 44100 Hz as format is not recognized by the Oasys?

Hi, Anashwaran. The file needs to be 16 bit.
