nano to control traditional MIDI?

This looks like the place...Does anyone know of a device that will take USB from a nanoKEY or PAD and convert it directly to a traditional MIDI cable?

I am using the nanos in a keytar-like object but I would like to avoid using a long USB cable as the output.
